CUESA presents: A Traditional Spanish Tortilla and Paella Class with James Stolich

Learn to cook a traditional Spanish meal using Ferry Plaza Farmers Market ingredients. James Stolich (cookwithjames.com) has recently returned from Spain and in this class he will show how Spanish culture; an appreciation for local, organic and sustainable food and; interesting and traditional cooking techniques intersect.

During this two hour hands-on class you will learn how to make a traditional Spanish egg and potato-based tortilla and a traditional paella as a group. At the end of the class, you'll enjoy the meal you've made with your fellow students. Feel free to bring your own beverage.

The class is $30 and includes hands-on instruction, recipe booklet and access to James' online instructional tortilla-making videos.
